NADRA to Introduce Appointment Booking Feature on Pak ID App for Improved Public Service




In a major step toward digital convenience, the **National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)** is preparing to roll out an appointment booking option through its **Pak ID mobile application**. This upcoming feature will initially be available at **43 designated NADRA centers as part of Phase I**.


The new addition aims to significantly reduce waiting times and manage crowds more effectively at NADRA Registration Centers. While the exact release date has not been disclosed, officials have confirmed that the feature will be available "very soon."


Currently, the Pak ID app already allows users to apply for **CNICs, NICOPs**, perform **biometric verification**, upload required documents, and complete **online payments via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and e-Sahulat**.
