Punjab Launches First-Ever Electric Bus Fleet to Transform Public Transport




**LAHORE, July 2025** — In a major move toward sustainable and accessible urban mobility, **Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz** has announced the introduction of the **province’s first fleet of electric buses**, aimed at improving public transportation in underserved districts.
